They are thoughtful, kind, and even though this is a business, it feels like it's a lot more than about money. I'm really grateful my naturopathic doc recommended you guys to me.

I had a rocky start with this company, as the instructions regarding payment were not clear enough for me to avoid a lot of frustration on my part. However, they did resolve the confusion and I quickly received my samples. The products received are of the highest quality I have experienced. The information on the website is invaluable. I am already feeling positive benefits, and have placed an order to receive more. I am impressed by this company and even though they may have gone through some growing pains as the business has grown, I feel complete confidence in the quality of the products and have referred family members and friends. FYI: There is a scam business with a similar name that comes up on a google search for a customer service phone number. It is not the legit company! The real SoulCybin company has very clear and positive intentions, and I'm grateful for what they provide. I will update this review when I receive and try the promised free samples!

I placed an order with them with instructions for the delivery person to leave the package by my apartment door due to theft. The order came very quickly & to my surprise someone at SoulCybin had written a note on the outside of the package with the delivery instructions. So the package ended up being delivered without any issues. I have packages delivered a lot & this is the first time a company has been this thoughtful. I was so impressed that they took the time to make sure the package got delivered. I usually get responses such as "Sorry, but that's your problem, nothing we can do". I will be ordering from them again!

My personal experience was I got a MASSIVE headache. This did not seem normal and I couldn't help wonder if one of the samples had something in it or was the problem something on my end. My intention and hope was for "immediate decrease in depression and increase in happiness". While I didn't want to throw them under the bus for this, I corresponded with someone named "Andy" about this who wrote, "Dear L, Thank you so much for reaching out!! We are sorry to read this! Honestly, that's very unusual! We believe that all effects we get in contact with the medicine are part of the journey for self-discovery, so there are no side effects, just effects. May I ask you a few questions that could lead us to a better understanding and advice? At what time of the day did you take the capsule(s)? Are you taking any other supplements or medications? Did you have coffee before? Did you find space, and time, and set an intention? Did you drink water during the day? Headaches usually are related to a state of dehydration. I will definitely forward your experience to our team for them to check if something could have gone wrong. I would like to say that everybody is different, so we need to find our unique relation the medicine. We are happy to support you for this! Looking forward to your response! While I appreciated the email, after I wrote them back, I never heard from Andy or anyone again. I felt honestly, that they were more worried about a lawsuit, then truly wanting to understand, troubleshoot and be compassionate towards my issue. (Even to say, "throw away your sample. We'll send you a new batch just in case there was anything wrong with it.") So even if it gave me a headache I understand that may not be anyone's fault, however, the customer service response - or no-response after saying they would look into it - for me was less than great. UPDATE: After learning about my 3-star review, they came back to me with the explanation of missing my emails due to switching over to Zendesk. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I upped the review to 4-stars.
