I loved the helpful and clear resources on the website, which helped me understand what product might be best for me to try. A therapist that I respect and trust recommended that I try microdosing (specifically using Soulcybin) as a way to manage symptoms of depression and overwhelm that have exacerbated during menopause. I had tried a few years back from a local Source who created chocolate bars in her kitchen and did not experience the same results that I have experienced with Soulcybin’s sample kit. It was helpful for me to start with the lower 50 mg dose of Five Masters which I found helped me to feel more calm, steady, and overall, a greater sense of well-being. The 100 mg dose of Inner Peace had a noticeably stronger effect contributing to a state of higher levels of focus, well-being, creativity and interconnection. I am looking forward to continuing to experiment with these products, and I’m hopeful that it might help me to slowly wean myself off of the anti-depressant which I have been taking for years. I began microdosing by dabbling with Soulcybin's free packets and noticed an immediate difference in my daily life. At the time, I called it an "equalization" of my being. Hi I am very impressed with your company. You appear to really care about the costumers and I really enjoyed getting the steps that were first sent to learn about microdosing. They were very helpful to me. I have just gotten into this and purchased a kit and successfully have grown golden teacher mushrooms. I was able to harvest alot and presently I am doing the 45 day microdosing challenge on Third Wave. I did try the supplements that were sent to me but only one time as I began this program and didn't want to combine anything else. When I took the supplements I did feel it very mildly and enjoyed. A question I have for the future is: Since I have a good supply of my own GT mushrooms and plan to continue microdosing after the 45 day course are there specifiic supplements that you can recoomend for me to take in combination with the GT presently I am taking 130 milligrams and that appears to be sweet spot. I really like that your products are combining the psylocibin with other healthy ingredients.

Using these medicines is a very unique and personal thing. It’s a journey, but if you do the work to compliment the medicine, and you aren’t taking handfuls to trip out, and you set intention, you will grow. I’ve found significant improvement in the afflictions of mental illness (Anxiety/Depression/OCD), and have been more mindful of unhealthy thought/behavior patterns. I think you need support alongside the medicine for it to have the greatest impact, whether that be religious community, counseling, mindfulness practice, etc. SoulCybin is unique. They aren’t trying to be trendy, it’s not a hype-thing like other companies you can look at. There is a very specific intention to help people find healing through the use of sacred medicine that has been efficacious for millennia. I appreciate this approach, especially for someone from a faith-background, it not being all about the hype of microdosing and having a focus on the spiritual intent made me feel more comfortable starting on this journey.
