My heart goes out to you — that kind of pain is not easy to hold, and it’s completely understandable to want it to stop. I also want to thank you for taking this path with such sincerity. It’s clear you weren’t seeking an escape, but genuine healing — and that kind of courage deserves acknowledgment. That said, I do want to gently revisit the dosage you began with. Although Inner Peace is one of our gentler blends, 350mg is considered a very high starting dose, especially for someone navigating PTSD or emotional intensity. For many, this can overstimulate the nervous system — which is exactly what you described. Before your first journey, we shared guidance with you to begin at a lower dose, and also included information about medication interactions and an emergency support contact, just in case. We were with you as much as we could — and I’m so sorry it still felt that way in the moment. You didn’t do anything wrong, Elisa. You simply began with more than your system could safely hold — and that’s okay. If and when you ever feel ready to try again, we’d be honored to help you craft a much gentler, safer journey that truly supports your healing. Microdosing is not intended to be a physical experience, but rather a more subtle experience engendering inner peace, focus, and bringing you to the present moment. For more physical sensations and a deeper "journey", what we call a ceremonial dose would be needed.
