I have ordered a couple of times. In the first order, which came in a split order, I received the head scarf. Okay quality but would not purchase had I seen it first. Jeans came next (about 2 months later) but were about 2 sizes too small. The clothes were sent from China. The sweatshirt never came and I received a refund. Had a different order, a dress. After 2 months of waiting and inquiring about it, I received a refund. I do not recommend this vendor. Customer service was nice in getting my refund but that's it.

I enjoyed all of my pieces. Shoes were small, I probably should have gone a whole size up for most comfort. My dress I loved but a button fell off the day I tried it on. Overall I am pleased with my order.

In spite of covid, I have received my orders from every other company- including those based in China. My order had been delayed for 6 weeks and I reached out to Souk + Sepia and was told to wait! It’s now been almost 10 weeks! And still, nothing with no attempt from the company to rectify this. I will never order from this company again!!
