I never received my item

I love the product and have enjoyed the texts. Some how they don’t feel like spam!

Horrible experience. Poor packaging and the clothing is over priced considering the poor quality. The return policy says you can return in original packaging which I threw away immediately because it was just a small, white plastic envelope. One of my items was lost in transit and the other item was not the correct size. Also, there is a high risk of the item being lost because it is being shipped from China and it took forever. Customer service was great, but they have to be to make up for the over priced garbage that they are selling. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. .

I ordered three items which included a hat and only received one item. I have been attempting to make contact with no response I guess we'll see what happens, but straight frustrated.

Overall the experience was good (quick turnaround, easy site to navigate, and aesthetically pleasing ).However, I wasn't as impressed with the quality of the product purchased ( Moshi sweatshirt). Mainly due to the print job because it was not as opaque and consistent throughout the design on the sweatshirt. Could be due to the color I chose which was Orange. It appears as if it's been washed a few times already.

I ordered a hat in August it took about 3 weeks and it finally arrived no issues. I then ordered another hat in another color and a Jean dress Oct 1st. I finally received the hat on Nov 3rd, but no shipping info has been updated since Oct 7th on the dress. I have reached out to the company at least 4 times. They keep telling me it’s because of COVID. I was really excited to order from them. They greatly increased their prices and said this would making shipping quicker. That’s a lie. Their prices are wayyyy too high for some of those clothes and if you have to wait almost 6 weeks to receive it it’s not worth it. Save your money ladies and keeping looking elsewhere.
