I absolutely love souk + SEPIA however, if i could change anything, it would be the shipping. I don't like receiving my items directly from the vendors in China. I prefer receiving them from who I bought it from so they can critique the items before hand. Personalize it. Inspect it. Make sure it's the exact item you want in your collection. That's important. At least to me, the consumer.

The items I have purchased from s + S have been dope! I only had two pieces that didn't work for me, but one was preference and the other was just shipping issues, not directly on the part of the company. After my first order, the next four were much faster on delivery and always correct, even if all the items didn't work. Also, their Customer Service Team has been amazing too. Helpful, kind and patient. And I LOVE getting the inspirational texts from time time. They always seem to land in my inbox when I need them most! Dope gear and Dope people!

Ordered two jackets... Both were not as advertised. Poor quality as well. Will not order from this site in the future.

I ordered the Gondar pants, and I love them. They’re eccentric and chic, which I love. But, they are slightly confusing to navigate, and there were no instructions included in the packaging. Overall, I am pleased because they look how I expected them to but they do need to include some sort of information.

Horrible! Ordered a coat. Looked nothing like the picture online. The coat online looked heavy and plush and what I got I would never have purchased. Going to send back as soon as my back heals. Ugh! Absolutely horrible. Will never buy from them again!
