We have been around for 2 years now and trust that we have done everything we can since then to make improvements with our shipping and production timeframes and will continue to do so until we our services reach its zenith. Good news is, the last time I checked on the status of your items, we've seen an update stating that it's on its way to your local USPS facility. Once your USPS facility receives it, they will proceed to make the final delivery and that does not take long to happen. Usually about 2 to 4 days. We hope the information has helped!
