There may have been a little misunderstanding as to the order processing time, and that is 3 to 10 business days. There's also 5 to 10 business days for the shipping timeframe. Not to worry, though, as your orders are already shipping out and its on its way to USPS which will be the courier to make the final delivery. I hope this helps! Upon checking your order number, we see that the Wall Art item you had ordered was placed on the 10th of July. We'd like to clarify that our order processing takes 3 to 10 business days while shipping takes an additional 5 to 10 business days. You should expect your order to be there by the 6th of August at the latest. Since we still have some time left before the deadline, we advise we wait for a couple more days for the item to arrive. We do feel for and understand your disappointment with how things have been going on so far, but we can absolutely assure you that we are a legitimate company. As stated in our FAQs in our website, some of our products may come from China as it is also one of the places where some of our suppliers are located. We apologize for the little miscommunication. We can assure you that we will be speaking with the supplier, because on our end, there's another tracking which matches your address, and it shows that package was "delivered." Of course, we're not implying that you're lying because you do not strike me as someone who would tarnish their integrity. So do we. As of yesterday, we have processed a full refund for your order.
