Hello Merna, Thank you for writing in! We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We'll have you know this isn't exactly the kind of experience we'd want for our customers whom we hold dearly. We'd like to clarify that orders take 3 to 10 business days for processing while shipping takes at least 5 to 10 days. As of now, there hasn't been an update in the tracking number for your order, but there are also instances where there is movement in the package, but the scan is just delayed. We can wait a couple more days for the tracking update to show. Unfortunately, your item may not make it on the 17th, although there's still a chance it will. We can wait until then.
