DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is TRASH! I wish iInhad read the reviews beforehand. They are giving authentic black owned companies a bad name. I places an order and have yet to receive any follow-up information in regards to shipping or anything. Only shop with black owned vendors in person is what I will be doing moving forward or from a true reliable source.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered one of their items in October and the progress is still, hasn't shipped as of December 9th. I asked them to cancel the order several times in mid November and in December asking to return my money, neither has been done yet.

I have placed two orders in Oct 2022 and it’s Dec 2022 and I still haven’t seen or heard anything about my orders. I don’t think I will be ordering from them ever again.

I have yet to receive my package. I ordered it almost 2 months ago. I have emailed several times, yet no one has answered. Previously, my experience was better.

I have to rate 1 star because I haven't received my purchase and it has been over a month since the transaction. I believe that Souk and Sepia should ask themselves what they would expect from their distributors. I was not offered compensation ( or discount) for the breech of purchase, loss of time I have waited patiently or encouraged to make future purchases with expedited shipping.

DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned some shoes I ordered for an exchange. I sent them back via FedEx on 11/14/22 with the return paperwork they emailed me. They got the returned item, as I tracked it and it showed received by them. I have emailed SEVERAL TIMES concerning my order, only to not get a response. Also, I’ve been researching them, since their customer service is so poor, and saw several items they sell on other websites at cheaper prices. I’m wondering if they’re doing some “She by Sheree” mess, billing themselves as original but buying it cheap and severely up charging. They lost me as a customer. Black owned or not, they’re HORRIBLE!

I love to promote and support an up and coming designer. I love to buy clothing from up and coming designers. I value there work and creativity. I made my order on 10/29/2022. I have yet to receive my order or receive a response to the several emails i wrote them. I was trying to give Souk and Sepia the opportunity to respond to my emails. I have been emailing them since 11/16/2022. Still no response. Souk and Sepia do not Value there customers. Souk and Sepia do not value themselves. If they did they would have fix this situation before i made this review. Not the behavior of a true designer. Especially an up and coming designer. I believe they are not designers at all. Simple frauds thats all. Advertising beautiful clothing they didn’t create.
