SCAM!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I placed an order on 11/4/22, sent a follow up email on 12/2/22 and was given a phone number to text, NO RESPONSE! Contacted them again on 12/28/22, still NO RESPONSE! As of today 1/18/23, I still haven't gotten a RESPONSE or PRODUCT! Just $100(plus) dollars down the drain! I'm hoping that it's not too late to stop payment! Lesson learned, I will never order from this place again!

I placed an order on 11/14/22. I have not received the items yet?I contacted them on 12/4, I received an email saying they will get back to me in 2-3 business days. Still no follow up. I today had to report them to my bank. Do not purchase from them. They will steal your money.

I received the jacket after 6weeks and I have no idea how to even put it on there are rough edges and the buttons at the top do not close the coat. This is nothing like the picture. But it looks like you’re closed anyway.

I placed an order in October 2022, it’s now January 2023. I reached out through email in December 2022 and got a response about delays and said I would receive a tracking number soon and would be updated shortly. It’s been crickets since I sent that email. I even sent a direct message on Instagram, they “loved” my critical comment about their customer service but never responded. I’m requesting a refund with my bank. As I see these reviews, I wish I would have read them sooner before even ordering. Purchased a winter jacket with a promo code for $72. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed and out of money with no product received!

I placed a order in Oct I still have not received. I have send a number of refund request.I will not ne shoping with this company ant more wish I have in the past with no problem.I have lost $109.00.

Ordered some shoes, which took forever to get here. They were too small so I opted for an exchange. I have now been waiting a month. No email, no updated tracking number, nothing. Such a shame this is a black owned company
