I’m genuinely baffled by this company’s 4.9 rating. I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews — I’m usually the guy writing thank-you letters. But I feel obligated to warn other sellers: this company nearly destroyed my business. They overpromised and underdelivered, and my Amazon sales tanked after hiring them. This was the third PPC company I’ve worked with, and by far the worst experience. Here’s what went wrong: • Slow communication and long response times • My account felt like it was handled by too many people • They farmed work overseas and quality suffered • They clearly did not understand my product and didn’t make the effort to • They ignored direct instructions — most importantly: I explicitly told them NO AI-generated graphics, and that’s exactly what they delivered. The result was that my brand went from looking premium to looking cheap — I went from “luxury” to “Temu” overnight. I could have done that myself. These PPC agencies are a dime a dozen: big teams, outsourced execution, generic work, and a big markup — and the seller pays the price when it goes wrong. My advice: skip the agency model. Hire an individual (Upwork, etc.) who will actually learn your product and work directly with you. This was a costly mistake for me. I’m posting this so it doesn’t become a costly mistake for someone else. Update: the company did reach out to me and tried to make things right. I wish they would have done that when I first started voicing my concerns. My sales are up 63% from last year when they were managing my PPC and I am spending zero on adds. I have upgraded my rating to 2 stars. I’m sure they are a fit for some companies, just not mine. I hope I’m a case study and they improve from this.
