Scam. Cheap. Fake
Cheap, Chinese made trying to come off as high class, high quality products. Customer service was shocking. I returned my items for a refund, which i had to pay for myself. Sent it back to CHINA, despite them trying to make out theyre British owned. Used the return address they provided. Sent Sophie and Olivia the receipt as proof of return, they said until they recieve the goods, no refund would be processed. 3 months after returning, my parcel arrived back with me and had been refused when it reached the address. Poor quality items, poor customer service. Scam.
