★☆☆☆☆ DON’T BUY DON’T BUY. Cheap crap. The photos are the only beautiful thing about this brand. I ordered the Lila Embroidered Bodysuit. What arrived was garbage: thin, scratchy fabric, sloppy stitching, nothing like the product images. You do not want this against your skin. Realistically this is a 7 to 8 euro item being sold at a designer price, and the gap between the photo and the parcel is the entire business model. Then comes the part nobody warns you about: customer service. When I complained, my options were Return it at my own cost AND pay a “restocking fee” deducted from my refund, so I would lose more money than the item is worth, or Store credit, to spend again in the same shop, or A 20% partial refund and keep the garbage. In other words there is no realistic way to get your money back. The return process is designed so that returning a low cost item never makes financial sense, which means in practice returns do not happen. You keep the junk and eat the loss. That is not a refund policy, that is a trap. The replies are friendly and fast. That is the only functioning part of this company. Save your money. Buy from a shop that lets you send things back.
