Poor quality item, loose threads and not great finish. Really disappointed Almost impossible to get a refund, have provided photos and evidence of defective item. The policy on website clearly states return postage will be paid if defective or damaged... absolutely impossible to deal with. I would say avoid unfortunately as at face value they seem to have wonderful lingerie. I have found their customer service to be very unhelpful Reading the reviews I was also promised a mystery gift which wasn't included with the item. I would suggest that you avoid
