SCAM-this company charges your card immidiatly then tells you they have nobody available to make the schedulded time . The advertise to have a massuse out within 2 hours...ive now been waiting 2 days and still even after charging my card no service has been provided. I contacted soothe for a refund whichis now credits on my account at a place that does not do as they agreed they are a SCAM!

We booked a couples massage for our anniversary and were staying downtown and made notes before hand that the therapists booked that they would need to park in the parking garage next to the building. After waiting 45 minutes after the massage was to begin we get a call that the therapists did not feel safe parking in a parking garage and that we would need to reschedule with different therapist. This is unacceptable and when I tried to contact customer service they kept disconnecting my chat. After three failed attempts I had to give up trying to get a hold of anyone to discuss what an issue this was. I will never again use this app or suggest soothe to anyone.

Awful company. I booked a couples massage last week on Saturday. It was a delayed valentines gift. The masseuses couldn’t find my home and I live in the most popular area in the city - the west loop. It would be like saying they couldn’t find the Untid Center. So we wanted 3 hours and I was notified via a text that they weren’t coming. And they were SO gracious to give me a $30 credit. I told them they can stick the credits where the sun don’t shine. Avoid this company at all costs.

Booked 2 massage therapists for an event. I had 20 people expecting massaging. They did not show up even confirming with them the day before. I called soothe and she showed no concerned. Said she would find out where they are and call me back. Never called back. After 20 minutes, with a line of people waiting, I reached out again and she casually said, "oh yea we mixed up dates with the massages". Showed no concerned. And did not have the decency to call back with answers. No apologies. Highly would NOT recommend.

I would NOT recommend anyone to book their Valentine’s Day massage via Soothe based on my recent discovery that the Company has quite literally the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered in my life. I have been using Soothe now on a regular basis for over a year and have spent thus far several thousand dollars as a Customer. This evening I waited over 30 minutes for a therapist that didn’t arrive, received no notification - radio silence. I sent him a text message and called, both times I got no response. Called the company, waited 10 Minutes on hold and finally spoke to the most indifferent and sarcastic “service” representative you could imagine. Here I was told the therapist couldn’t find parking so went home. At this point while on this call I got a voicemail from another rep while - 40 mins after my appointment notifying me of this. After asking why nobody had the common decency to let me know at the time, I was told the therapist had tried to call Soothe (but not me) and he couldn’t get through to them because they were short staffed and very busy so had long wait times!! While that’s unfortunate and perhaps indicative they need to hire more staff, I asked how the Company intended to make up for the wasted evening and inconvenience on my end, something that I shouldn’t even have to ask. Maybe read up on Nordstrom’s Customer Service if you need some pointers. The lady snidely remarked “we don’t offer anyone compensation for a missed appointment if that’s what you’re asking”. As a regular Customer I expected better, great service when all is going well but a complete an utter lack of respect for Customers so I most definitely will not be using this service again and would strongly advise others to steer clear!!!

Terrible customer experience totally ripped me off of $128

This was the worst massage ever. Late and now in more pain. Not professional at all!!!

Terrible service. Deceptive advertising of price. They state one thing on their website and then when you check your statement the price is lot higher. Even then the therapist didn't show up. Took me ages to get my money back. Would never book with them again.
