Therapist cancelled on me at last minute, less than an hour before I was expecting them. Too late in the day to try and book someone else - was supposed to be a relaxing evening after a stressed out week. Wouldn't use Soothe again

I've used their services in the past and they were great. But after this last week, I'm definitely not going back to use them again. I've had a therapist flake at the last minute and not cancel the appoint forcing me to go call and wait on hold over a hour to get my money back. I've had to deal with a therapist to proceeded to do an entire massage undraped since they forgot their sheet in the car and didn't want to walk back. This therapist also laid a bottle of lotion on my sofa leaving a big stain on it. I called into customer service to get a refund, told them I was frustrated, the service rep showed 0 empathy and then hung up! I've reported them to the state for their unprofessional service and have asked my credit card company to charge back the services. Never again will I use Soothe!

Tried to book for 36 hours in pittsburgh. They clearly do not have therapists available in pittsburgh. Their only solution is to constantly push the appointment back to try to find someone. They cannot even say when someone is available. Each time they call they claim that they have a different number of therapists in pittsburgh, clearly lying. One acknowledged that they only have 2 for the entire city. Do not waste time with them.

I had been using Soothe for years, and I had referred literally over 100 people (really, there's a record, I counted). I would split my massages between regulars and new ones I'd try out. It was pretty great, and I came to rely on it after a car accident and subsequent physical therapy. Once again, I had dozens of therapists over years, no issues. One day I tried booking a massage and the app wouldn't let me. I called Soothe which said my account was suspended. After being referred to another department they told me that the previous therapist felt uncomfortable with me. Why? No clue... It was a typical massage. The only thing I could think of was that there must have been a mistake. The report must have been for a different client that somehow came my way. I said there must have been a mistake and they insisted there couldn't have been since the therapist called them after the massage. Let me reiterate. I had been using Soothe for years, had dozens of therapists, no issues. Then this happens. As a consequence my account was suspended. I asked, for how long? They said, indefinitely. So all it took was a false accusation and despite my loyalty and plenty of good experiences with a great record, I can't use Soothe anymore.

I could not recommend Soothe enough! I have had a couple of times and honestly have never had such great massages in my life!? Do yourself a favour!!!

This is the biggest Uber masssage Co that really provide the quality professional massage at your own home. This company really care about client’ well being and relaxation. Best part is that you can fall to sleep right after the therapy. It is worth of spending little more $$ pampering urself at your own home

Charged my card 4 times for a couples massage and then told me I didnt have an appointment. Customer service was crappy, the lady continued to overtalk me & became argumentative. I was told I was imagining my account being charged for $852 for massages. I told them I have receipts & I was told if that was the case I can wait 3-10 business days to be credited. Very dissapointed all my prior experiences were to my satisfaction but the customer service is AWFUL. Book elsewhere
