Horrible. Massage therapist was over an hour late for the appointment. Was unapologetic and defensive. Her clothes and equipment were noticeably very dirty. Her sheets were Micky Mouse children’s bedding. She smelled horribly of cigarettes. Her massage was aggressive and she kept taking stress breathes and cracking her jaw as if she was clearly agitated. It was suppose to be a 2 hour massage. I was probably on that table for less than 90 minutes. Worst message experience I have ever had. I wish there were zero or negative stars.

Selecting six practitioners and not being able to secure a prqctitioner is disheartening. I still dont see my refund and trying to get an appointment today.

I have paid for deep tissue massage twice in hopes of getting some relief from a painful pinched nerve. A week after paying for the first therapist I have yet to see one; soothe tells me day after day that none are available.

I booked a massage and the guy never showed up…. Although I was still charged.

Customer service is horrible, justifying flaky provider

I traveled from Atlanta to Cleveland to celebrate my husband’s birthday and booked a spa package at Southe Massages & Wellness. We arrived early, but our massages started late. I paid for a deep tissue massage. During the first 10 minutes, I barely felt any pressure and assumed the therapist was still applying oil and lotion. After a few minutes, I asked for deeper pressure because I couldn’t feel the massage. I was then told my therapist was a cosmetologist and could not perform a deep tissue massage. I stopped the service because I expected a qualified massage therapist. Despite not receiving the service I paid for, the spa manager refused to refund me due to my review, and I still ended up paying $150 for a one-hour massage I did not receive. I found this place on Groupon. When you call, they may offer you the Groupon price if you pay directly, but my advice is to book through Groupon instead, since Groupon can help protect your payment and offer a refund if you are not satisfied.

Massage therapist delivered more of a rub than a professional massage. I’ve had a lot of massages and this has to be the winner for the worst.

I had to change the appointment by 1.5 hours and you charged me $104. Why? I had recent hip replacement surgery and needed to move the appointment. Who did it effect? That’s a rip off. The therapist didn’t care. I didn’t cancel last minute. I’ve used you many times. Never again.
