Hi Jenifer and thank you for taking the time to write this review. There is no way for us to register your works without Songtrust listed somewhere, whether it’s as your acting publisher or administrator. This is because PROs and other parties need to know who currently handles the administration for that work. As a Songtrust client, this simply means that your publisher's share of performance royalties will be collect and paid out through your Songtrust account, while writer's share of performance royalties will continue to be paid out to you directly through the PRO. Any royalties we collect for these songs will be paid out to you, minus our 15% commission fee each quarter. You maintain 100% ownership of your publishing for the duration of your agreement with us. It appears that at the time of your review, our Product Team was working on fixing a bug preventing cancelled accounts from logging in to review their royalty earnings. While we understand the global publishing industry timeline is longer than we'd all like, we're doing our best our best to educate songwriters and rightsholders on what they can do from their end to prevent any delays, and on our end, work with the industry to advocate for change and improve the way songwriters are compensated for their work. Hi there. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We send client registrations to our network of pay sources, but it is also up to the the pay source whether they register it based on certain thresholds they may have in place. There could be duplicates that need to be merged, a conflicting share preventing a song from being updated, and the fact that it might not be payable to name a few. It looks like you requested an audit and we provided you with updates on what our Copyright team actioned on, however, if you still need us to look into your songs further, please feel free to let us know -- we're happy to help!

Hi Bennett, I’m sorry to hear that our response time was way longer than expected. Publishing is incredibly complex and requires a lot of data up-front to track the necessary information, so we have found that communicating via email is the most productive way to provide the quickest solution. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I’m very sorry to hear that collecting your royalties with Songtrust has taken longer than expected and that you've had trouble contacting our Support Team. While it's very possible to switch your publishing administrator and we are so appreciative you chose Songtrust, it does usually require more time than our general timeline due to many factors. This includes the necessary manual updates at each pay source, the post-term of the previous publishing administrator, and the delay in royalties this ultimately causes. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to make this right.
