Sometimes I feel the agent handling the inquiry about SOLD.com services hasn't fully vetted the client. I've been to about 4 appointments that the person I went to see thought I was there as an investor to "write them a check" and buy their property. Sometimes I feel the client is given "too long" to have us come out to their house and by then, the client has changed their mind or has told so many "friends" that they are going to talk to someone about selling their house and it gets "SOLD" before we get out to them.

Molly was so helpful selling our homes for us. She went above and beyond every time we had an issue come up or had a question. She was always quick to help in any way.
