Sold.com provides seller info but they are very cold leads. If you like cold calling and doing a lot of nurturing of leads then this is for you. I do think there are other less expensive ways to get leads. I sponsored 3 zip codes and only got one sale. This investment in lead gen was not worth it to me.

ALL SPIN, NO KNOWLEDGE. She implied the best outcome when I asked questions but when I read to understand found that she either didn’t know or was blowing me off. Not thrilled.

Company wise I think what you guys are doing are is great. There’s not many companies that help you get selling leads however I do feel like the 35% referral fee is very high typically between agents We do 25% because a lot of our companies take 20 to 30% of our commission also. So like my commission is a 70 / 30 Split so I get 70% now you’re taking another 35% off of that i’m only getting 35% commission. So it doesn’t make you wanna work as hard to obtain the leads and do the backbreaking work and spend the money for advertising and such when I’m walking away with such a low commission and that’s not even counting the 6% I have to give towards royalty fees as well so really walking away with 29% commission

Nice people to work for but not the greatest ROI. I have been around a while and know how to work internet leads. I literally have had no viable conversations with the blind leads they sent me other then: "I just want a value" Had 2 appointments set by their concierge. 1 was a person that just wanted company as her brother told me, the other actually closed. $5500 in GCI for a $3000 investment.

I can't speak to their real estate leads, but the mortgage leads are not quite ready to be sold. They are new to mortgage leads, and just don’t seem to have things dialed in yet. Personally, I would recommend waiting for a while before signing up, until they get things smoothed out. To their credit, they did reach out to me almost immediately after posting my review to make things right. I won’t specify what they did, but suffice it to say they did right by me.

Average. The sale was quick and easy no complaints there. However the realtor agent didn't listen to us, was pushy and seemed to act like he was better than us. Not thrilled with the man, but the sale did take place without complications.
