The selling processs was handled in a professional manner. Our agent (Erin) was easy to work with, available, and informative on detailed matters. I can’t imagine working through all the selling requirements on my own. A very stressful experience made much more tolerable by her efforts. I would recommend her and the company for anyone looking to sell a home.

This process was smooth and professional.
This process was smooth, fast, and very professional. My agent, Marisa Monahan, was kind and very present throughout, always ready to answer a question or straighten out any issues. She was knowledgeable but humble. If she didn't have the answers, she got them for me. I would be happy to recommend her in the future to anyone who asks.

I hate that I have missed a few even when I tried to immediately click them! But ive gotten a few sales!
Response from SOLD.comOct 6, 2022
Aubrey - We are glad you are liking the opportunities to connect with our home buyers and home sellers...and you have had multiple sales! That is great! Sorry to hear you have missed a few opportunities, when we narrow down the population of top agents in an area and offer them an opportunity, time is of the essence so just keeping trying to claim ASAP. Looking forward to helping you connect with and help more buyers and sellers.

Realtor was not experienced at selling a million dollar+ home. Was not happy with the overall experience with realtor or agency.would not recommend them to anyone
Response from SOLD.comOct 4, 2022
Hi Henry - We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the agent partner chosen. We take this feedback to heart and will investigate the situation. While this particular agent has a high volume of transactions and 5 star rating from consumers, sometimes things don't always go right. Rest assured that we score our agent partners internally using a number of metrics which include performance and customer satisfaction and we will update this agents standing with us based on your feedback and our findings. We are glad you were able to sell the home in this tough market and wish you the best!
