There is a misunderstanding here . Sold.com was not involved in the sale or in the selection of the real estate agent contrary to what they say. We had been in contact with Sold.com when we looked for a free valuation of the house , months before we decided to sell and we were already working with 2 other agents . Further, I had no contact with sold.com except after the closing. Edited on Dec 12, 2022: another error from sold .com- we did not meet with Bonnie on Feb 26, 2022 and we did not discuss sale options as well with sold.com . They are trying to take credit for an operation they were not at all involved with …..
