SOLD.comReviews of sold.com

I received a Seller lead from Sold.com. I went to visit with the seller to do the "tour" and get back with him with comps and the suggested listing price. Instead, after we visited for a while, I was able to obtain the listing right on the spot! Thanks to Sold.com for promoting me as one of the very best agents in the area! It made getting his business a lot easier. Lynn C Rasmussen Gateway Real Estate, Twin Falls, ID

This has by far been my number 1 lead source for the last couple of years. Sold.com way out performs all other lead companies I currently use or have used in the past.

My Realtor was very forthcoming in what had to be done to get the house ready sell. She went above and beyond in helping me to sell my home.

Maryann was excellent throughout the whole process. Her enthusiasm was contagious. Thank you

Maureen made a difficult experience tolerable, easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude was infectious and even when I was discouraged she pointed to facts that I could relate to and my house was sold in a matter of weeks for the price we had agreed upon.

I’m not happy with the quality of leads. Some don’t know I’m calling and one lady didn’t know she had booked an in home meeting and I stood in rain while she talked. Also, why isn’t my rank badge switched to Gold or platinum. I’ve closed over 10% of the actual opportunities I’ve had… please also update my days on market… I noticed others didn’t have that on their profile. My days on market is less then 30 days…

Kim was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, prompt in getting things done and responding to us, and went way beyond and above what I would have ever expected of a realtor to assist us in selling our house. Her suggestions made a huge difference in what we were able to sell the property for. I would definitely use Kim again, should the need arise and will recommend her highly to my friends and family.

From the get go, Melina was very attentive to what I said, what my ultimate goal was with selling the home and answered any questions I had regardless of day or time. Very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the future. Thanks alot!
