I paid for the past 2 years to receive leads. Then after you get a client and close you need to give them an additional 30% of the commission. After the realtor had done all the work Sold.com makes you pay for the lead and then they take another 30% of the commission. Not worth it at all plus the leads are not good either.

Very helpful, explained everything because I knew nothing about selling my home. He was patient and always available for anything I needed or if I had any questions about selling my home. He walked me through the entire process. It was a great experience selling with him. I would recommend him to anyone interested in selling any property.
