Team was very professional. I would recommend them to anybody as a five-star. When you’re in the process of selling a house, you’re already under a lot of stress. Clorice and Trevor's team takes a lot of that off your plate and makes a transaction very smooth. I would definitely recommend them. It

Charlize was so easy to work with. She had our home under contract within 6 days of listing it. She was a huge resource for not only sell, but also buying a new place.

Don’t buy into this company, they don’t give you what they offer and said is your fault. I track all fake leads and paid 2 different cold calling company and nothing no one answered. The fake leads are not good and they don’t give you what they promised! I got one appointment and seller never answer the phone or the door !

Hi Marta - We delivered over 300 home seller opportunities for you and the product and referrals do work. You mentioned you are outsourcing the calls. We really believe there is a disconnect on how that outsourced company is approaching the leads. Please reach out to our agent success team ([email protected]). We are confident with the correct approach you will find success.

I was put in contact with a great real estate agent who provided me with a cma and knew the market. In real estate brokers and agents are a dime a dozen. The local realtors I had previously hired were terrible. They undervalued my property and didn't work to sell it. They would rather sell low for an easy sale than do what it takes to get what the property is worth. This real estate firm didn't make any mistakes- the property was priced right, it had great pictures and video and was advertised well. There were no errors on realtor .com or zillow. The property was easy to find. The agency had my property under contract within 2 days. The broker and agent were easy to talk to at any time I called them. They always kept me well informed. Simply an amazing experience.

I have been waiting a few days now for someone to contact me about my account and changing my zip codes. My account with you is up for renewal.
Response from SOLD.comMar 9, 2023
Hi Anna - We spoke with you on March 2 and called and sent you a follow up email on March 5th because we never heard back from you. We are waiting on additional information from you in order to proceed. We will contact you today to finalize this. I see you have had 4 listings from us so disappointed to see the 1 star rating! :(

Sold.com is the WORST referral system I have ever seen. The leads they supply are useless. Their vetted leads have expressed they do not realtors contacting them specifically or their contact information isn’t correct. There is NO way I will ever do business with them again. They are very deceptive.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear your feedback. It looks like you have had one listing and one closings with us in just a few months of being on our platform. Not all of the leads will be gold...if it were our service would cost more than what you paid. I suspect you will have a lot more appointments and listings before your initial 12 month term expires which should pay for itself. Please reach out to us at the end of your 12 month term if you are not satisfied.
