I have been with Sold.com for a few years now and have received a lot of great opportunities with sellers and have had multiple closings with them. The team is readily available to answer my questions on deals or customers as well!

This process was smooth. The client initially didn't understand how I got connected with her but upon explaining the services SOLD.com provides and how it allows me to connect with more sellers, she was excited to get the process of selling her home underway. Paying the referral fee was also simple with SOLD.com and having the title attorney handle the wiring process from go.

It was a pleasant experience working with Erik, he was always thorough when I asked a question and gave me an answer that was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone else that needs help with selling their home.

Adam was great throughout the entire process. From the beginning Adam was clear and concise on every document I received from his office or needed to sign. He made the selling of our property very easy every step of the way. He kept me informed the whole time. I would recommend Adam Castle to anyone in the market looking to purchase a new home or selling their property. Thank you Adam Castle!

In 23 years of selling real estate this transaction by far was the most difficult to close. If I wasn’t already so invested in this transaction I would have terminated the listing. Seller wasn’t forthcoming and not really ready to sell. Sold.com should do a better job of qualifying these leads.
Response from SOLD.comMar 21, 2023
Hi Brian - Sorry to hear this one required more work. Some are easier than others and some will take more time and effort. Our concierge team does everything they can to qualify consumers, I hope you can appreciate that if the seller was not forthcoming with information for you (after meeting you in person and signing an agreement) that it is even tougher for our concierge team to uncover things over the phone. We do our best to qualify for intent (verifying real people who own the home and want to meet with an agent), however, we trust our agent partners who are there locally and licensed to do the additional vetting about the details of selling the home.
