They claim that they want you 100% satisfied with your product. My bridal bouquet actually smells like cat pee. There is no way it could be used in a wedding. They refuse to standby me and help at all. They said smell is a matter of opinion. And also, they only care if you responded within 15 days of your sale absolutely do not do business with these people! I am not only out $100. I also have to try to find a wedding bouquet in the next few weeks.

When looking for a bouquet on a budget, my fiancee was really excited to find the existence of wood flowers. When she looked up that company, she found great reviews for a flower shop in our state that is contracted with Sola but unfortunately she missed all the bad reviews of the parent company. After seeing them online, I figured we should add to that pile to prevent anyone from ever trusting this company ever again. My fiancée and I ordered 3 bridesmaid bouquets and a bigger cascading one for her. They took over a month and a half to get here, which would be fine if they were as promised. Nope, they added a bunch of flowers that she didn’t ask for and didn’t want in them. They’re not even fully colored and are so obviously wood. You can tell they're the flowers that are only half painted "as a style" but really are used to cut time and purposefully not included in the website product images. I go to pick up the bouquet — maybe we can paint those ones ourselves or something. IMMEDIATELY this thing starts falling apart. Greenery pops off and falls into the box, the flowers are visibly loose and are much dryer than the 2 sample packs we purchased. They use glue guns to attach the flowers and greenery to a CHEAP styrofoam ball that sheds seemingly every time you breath next to it. To top it all off, the cascading bouquet doesn't hide itself from the side well, showing the plastic piece that the ball is attached too AND the flowers have stained our table cloth. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY TOUCHED HER DRESS, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Needless to say my fiancee is incredibly upset bc she’s been doing so well trying to find things on a budget and was really excited about the idea of wood flowers. When we asked for a refund or a fixed bouquet, the company said it’s in their policy that they can add flowers based on their stock without prior notice. That's absolutely ridiculous and i'm sure it's one sentence tucked away in the checkout process. If this happens, they should contact the client to ask whether they wish to continue with their order. They have not responded to the other issues. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! They needs to take some accountability or shut down if they can’t provide the services offered.

Please do not waste your time or money buying these flowers. The lower prices they show are only for the DIY flowers and there are still a lot of hidden fees and high shipping. The bouquet we thought would cost $25 came out to $45 in the end. Worse than that, though, the flowers come in only natural wood tone. They send you the dye to color them with, and you even have to put the stems on them yourself. This is a total rip off. Things got worse still, when the tutorial they sent me came up as "page not available" and they won't let me log in to my account to try to return this junk. A horrible company to deal with!

Well, this may work if you aren't doing white flowers. The white paint wasn't really white, maybe if it was it would have worked better. White would have to be really bright to cover the natural wood color. It wasnt. Complete waste of time and money. Shipping time was extremely slow. I followed exact instructions and ended up adding all the paint to water, still didnt make it white.

My wife ordered a Sola Bouquet for our wedding a month in advance of us heading out of state for our wedding ceremony. When Sola didn't update her order with any shipping notifications or tracking numbers, my wife reached out to them multiple times to confirm whether it was shipped and let them know over and over again the date we needed it by. Instead of being responsible and saying their fulfillment is slow and they couldn't provide their end of the deal and refunding her, they promised it would arrive on time. When it got too close to the day we were flying out of town for the wedding, she contacted them again to cancel the order and get a refund because she knew at that point they weren't shipping it on time. They refused to cancel the order and give her a refund. The bouquet didn't ship until two days after the wedding and didn't arrive until 8 days after our wedding. It just arrived yesterday and it's not even a nice bouquet. Whoever designed it doesn't seem like they have any floral arranging design experience. What kind of company does business like this? Their website says if you're not satisfied they'll work with you to make things right. How is charging someone for a wedding bouquet that is shipped after the wedding making things right? This company obviously only cares about getting your money and doesn't care at all about their customers, their reputation, or doing the right thing. Now we have to deal with disputing the charge with our credit card company. Avoid Sola at all costs unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Wow! CRAZY slow shipping. Ordered Feb 27. USPS says they were notified of getting the order (pre transit) March 10. It's now March 19. Still no tracking number, Sola customer service says they can't do anything to help for another 10 days. This is my 3rd order - all 3 have been extremely slow, but this one was the slowest. I ordered some of our supplies from Luv Sola and those came very quickly! If you need your shipping to come within 6 weeks, don't order on Sola!

Overpriced DIY garbage. Took over 3 weeks to receive. Missing items I paid for. Looks like junk. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service is always a canned non helpful response. Stay away and save your money.

I do not recommend these flowers for a wedding! The colors I selected for my wedding bouquet were first white, cream and blue. They arrived in pastel pink, yellow and blue. If you are looking to try and match your wedding colors (most people are) do not use SWF. The response was “ Just as friendly reminder that pictures on the website are provided as an example only. As our products are made by hand, there will be slight variation in every bouquet. The colors may also differ based on the lighting you're using as well as computer/phone screen display can be a factor. We are unable to provide a replacement since the colors that were sent to you are color. “ They offered no solution even when asking if I could replace or reorder with a different recommended color to better match. We paid near $80 and I was so much offered a partial refund or discount to reorder. You would think they would be more mindful of a bride wanting just a close color match. As a flower company, they should stand by their wedding customers. We also ordered the wedding parties flower accessories- no complaints.
