Sola Wood FlowersReviews of solawoodflowers.com

I'm so disappointed and overwhelmed! The colors I chose are not what shows in the color chart so I'm buying spray paint to re-do some of the flowers in the PREMADE arch and ordering pampas grass to add to the back side. On the bouquets I made the mistake and hit DIY. THAT a hot mess and unless you plan on handing the job over to a professional its going to take you forever!! I'm literally on Etsy RIGHT now ordering my bridal and bridesmaids bouquets. The picture of the premade arch is below - I didnt even worry about taking pics of the stuff they sent for me to make the bouquets - just imaging going into Hobby Lobby BLIND.

I bought a slew of flowers, wood boxes, and dye that came with a free premium greenery pack. Because it came with the free greenery, I didn’t purchase any. However, when the box came there was no greenery kit as promised. It took over 24hrs (of working days) for them to get back to me- contrary to their guarantee and they didn’t give me the promised $10 for that error either. The good thing was they gave me $18 in credits to buy the product that was supposed to be free. The bad news is, that didn’t cover shipping. So I ended up getting a product that was less than promised for more money. The product I did get was pretty and easy to assemble. One suggestion to improve the company, regardless of the customer service issues, would be to supply free or cheap color samples. Like a pack of petals with a petal of each color so people can physically see and compare the colors they are looking to buy.
