My daughter’s wedding is in 8 days & no flowers
Update- I’ve received an apology from Sola that I hope is sincere. They recognized that their lack of communication cost me money. I’m told that will receive my money back, but I have also disputed the charge. My daughter’s future mother-in-law did receive her order albeit much smaller than ours. She is making the centerpieces and has attested that her order came on time and is beautiful. We are still going with a Louisville florist for the bride, her bridesmaids, groomsmen, and flower girl. So much extra money and unnecessary stress. ————————————————————- My daughter’s wedding is in 8 days. Her shipping tracking says “stalled in transit” and the only action we can see is that they created a label on 10/2. We ordered on 9/3. The policy stated was 19 business days for a Build it for Me. My last contact received by Sola was last week that they would be shipped out on the 6th. In this email, a 22 business day period was mentioned. This is not the disclaimer we got at ordering. Regardless, that was not true. It is now business day 25 and the shipping information has not changed. I’ve emailed and emailed. No response. I think it’s BS that there is no customer service number. The only phone number provided is simply a recording that they only accept emails. Because I’ve not heard from them and the wedding is 8 days away, we have made the decision to contact a florist in Louisville that deals with last minute needs. This is shameful on their part. DO NOT TRUST THEIR TIMELINES AS THEY CHANGE TO SUIT THEIR NARRATIVE. I pray that this local florist can at least make a beautiful bouquet for my daughter. We just ordered bridesmaids bouquets from Costco. More money that I would not have to put out if Sola had a responsive customer service center.
