This is Pam Haleys review. Im not sure why my husbands name is on here! Jill Galombeck has made calls for me and has helped me with my medical needs! Shes not pushy at all and like so many others that call you and just become petty she is not that way. She schedules our calls and if I need her for anything else, I'll text her.

Monica has demonstrated a sincere interest is helping me navigate the complexity and confusion surrounding my healthcare needs. I now feel secure that I have someone who is interested in me and my welfare.

Melissa is so friendly and helpful. She has done so much helping me find new doctors and places I can put my husband so I can have some down time to take care of myself. So thankful for her. Wished I had done it sooner.

The RN seemed quite intelligent, was organized and communicated well with me and my physicians offices. As a retired RN case manager I was quite impressed with how thorough she was in looking at ways to provide me with medication my insurance company did not have on the formulary.

I really like Jennifer and we get along well. She is easy to talk to and sometimes I feel like I am jabber jaws.

My advocate Leisha is absolutely fantastic she takes care of so much for me and always has a great attitude when we are discussing things
