My advocate has been great in finding the type of help I need.I truthfully do appreciate her help.She is kind and courteous.And all in all she is great.

Solace & my advocate Ms. Arttica have saved my life. Ms. Attica has gone above & beyond in assisting me with finding the best pallative care doctor that I needed to start getting my life back. She made the phone calls, & made many phone calls to my now previous primary care physician making sure my referral was sent in on a timely manner. Because I had been gaslit & now have ptsd when it comes to my healthcare providers, she was right there with me on speaker phone for my first appointment. She had performed so much work on searching & finding the right care for my needs, I quickly found out I did not actual need her at the appointment. But it was very comforting knowing she was there, if I needed her to advocate for me. With her finding my now wonderful pallative care doctor, I was then able to find a new primary care physician. Which in turn has now moved me back on track in getting my cancer treatment. Ms. Attica also did her due dillgent in finding me the right oncologist. Again, she made the phone calls in order to have my referal sent in on a timely manner. This is the tasks that she has performed for me. But she also is there for me to talk to. Any patient that has had 20 years of chronic pain due to auto immune arthritis, a spine that there is nothing else doctors can do, but make me comfortable. (Which was not being properly addressed until she was able to get me in to pallative care.) She is one of the most compassionate, caring & knowledgeable healthcare professional i have had the pleasure to work with. I use the word "work with", because that is what she does. She listens & works with me, with how I want to navigate my complexity of health conditions. Once again, solace & Ms. Attica has not only saved my life, but has given me a life to live.

Solace is a phone and text based support line. I talked to a friendly and compassionate nurse without being judged because of my health problems

I started with Solace 2 months ago. I had a general intake online with a doctor and then an online intake with an Advocate. My Advocate messaged she found some potential providers for me and then when I went to go to the scheduled online meeting, she had become unavailable, and I got assigned a new Advocate. Nothing she found was given to me. The new Advocate seems great, understanding and experienced. Unfortunately she cancelled 3 times with reasons. Said she would contact to reschedule and hasn’t. I have not had one single result such as an appointment made. I feel ridiculous waiting around like I could and should just take care of everything myself…..oh wait I have a problem accomplishing that. Their services have been useless.

My advocate is very helpful and gives me time to explain what is my concerns about my health issues.

I just like the people that I work with working with Kiki is a choice because I could tell her what’s going on and if she doesn’t answer her phone, she calls me right back or when she’s available

Well, with all of the ups and downs we've experienced this year I can say that working with Nicola has been a real gift to me. On the other hand Nicola just told me that Solace is changing the system to only work with cell phones which I do not have or can afford. The past has been great using my landline which is affordable and includes my internet.
