Solace is awesome! My advocate Emily Bodily was assigned to me as my advocate and when I tell you, she goes the extra mile she really does above and beyond even answering me after hours and making sure that I am OK even when she is ill that shows dedication she has great empathy skills as well as the best personality I have ever encountered, especially with me being so ill with my disability, and even the smallest things she wants to be involved. She really is the true definition of an advocate! Thank you Solace for having such a wonderful person on board!!!!!

Hannah has amazing listening n compassion skills. She tries very hard to get you into the type of Dr you request or is needed for your care. She makes me feel like she truly hears your struggles with the medical profession. I truly appreciate having Hannah on my side.

My Solace advocate Rachael is amazing. She is very diligent and persistent and extremely helpful and very caring. She’s absolutely wonderful. I wish I wish she was nearby that I could see her in person. She’s just fantastic and I don’t know I I don’t think I have anybody who puts in as much of an effort and gets things done as quickly as she does. She’s very good.!

My advacate was not educated about my condition and did not do much for me. I would not recomend this service. The communication could have been better. There was no discusion about cost or support of my treatment options.

Rachael has been the best at helping me navigate and change things for the better for my health. I’m truly blessed and thankful for this help as I navigate my many health conditions and appointments towards being a better me.

My advocate always listens to my concerns, helps me organize everything, and helps me find resources for things I need. They treat me like a person, not a number or a diagnosis. I feel I can open up to them and trust them too. I would never be this confident with my care without them.

Kirsten, my patient advocate, has been truly life-changing. Today marks one year of working with her, and if you had told me 12 months ago I would be growing and functioning in ways I had written off as impossible, I would not have believed you. My life had become very limited and my world very small. Kirsten works with genuine empathy and care. She gently helps coordinate communication across my entire care team so I’m no longer left trying to manage complex medical logistics alone. Instead of carrying 100% of the weight of chronic illness and chronic pain management, I now have real support — and that has allowed me to focus on actually living my life. She organizes medical information, helps me prepare for appointments, and ensures the right questions get asked so nothing important slips through the cracks. Because of her, my care feels understandable and manageable, and I get to focus on the impact of treatment rather than the weight of seeking it out. She is knowledgeable, super-duper responsive, and deeply respectful of patient autonomy — she supports you without ever speaking over you. Kirsten represents what patient advocacy should be, especially for those of us navigating multiple providers and complicated health conditions. Working with her has significantly changed everything about my relationship with my body and its needs -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. She sees me as a human, not a collection of problems, makes sure everyone on my care team has the same perspective, and helps me make informed decisions with confidence. I recommend her without a moment's hesitation, particularly to anyone dealing with chronic medical conditions, and particularly those who have been told they are a "complex" patient. You are not complex. The system is designed to make you feel broken into pieces and complex. Thank you to Kirsten, and to Solace. I am so looking forward to what the future has in store!
