Excellent Community …
Communication has been excellent from the very beginning of this experience. My nurse advocate has been very helpful in answering all of my questions and giving me information. I am delighted to be enrolled in this program.

Friendly advocate and doctor.

Best Advocate for Patient Outcomes
My advocate James hears me and works with me for solutions and goes above and beyond until the problem at hand is resolved. He sends me a recap of every time we speak so we both know what needs to be done. I love my Advocate...
