I purchased the Togo brown leather 3-seat sofa about year ago, and as far as the quality and price point i give this a sold 5 stars. So far the couch has held up and looks as new as when it was deliveredzAs a lot of the reviews mentioned, depending on the product, the delivery from purchase can be a few months. So keep that in mind, they are at this price point because the product is made over seas. shipping was not ideal, the 3rd party company never took it out of the create - which created A LOT of hassle for me. However, the customer service has been very responsive and throughout the build of my (custom) sofa they took pictures of the finished sofa before sending it. So great price, long wait, and not ideal shipping. But worth the build quality and price. Alex has been a great help and like i said, they have been responsive in my experience.

Terrible experience. I order a Togo dupe. It was $2000. I accidentally ordered twice and emailed them right away for a refund. They said they’d process a refund right away. It took them over two months to process the refund for an order that was a mistake. They also tried to charge a $64 fee on processing the refund. They only processed the refund when I emailed repeatedly demanding they do so.

I didn’t receive any updates on delivery for two months. Finally I emailed to cancel. They called me and tried to get get me to accept a 10% discount and refused to cancel the order.

Ordered a couch for $3400 April 9th. It is now 6/29/26. It has been 3 months. The reason I’m escalating this now is because I have no proof of any shipment being made or processing and I have no confidence it will. If you look at the rest of these reviews and the reviews on their BBB, it is the same shipping issue repeated over and over. Delays, run around, etc. One customer waited an entire year to receive their order. I didn’t pay to wait 12 months. I paid for a product with a promised delivery timeline of 6-8 weeks. If I knew it would be longer, I would not have made the decision to purchase from the company. After multiple emails and messages back and forth I’ve decided to move forward with this before I get 6 months into this.

Getting the runaround on an order for 2 months. Promises of follow up not kept, excuses on why the order hasn’t shipped. This compan is a fraud. I am escalating.

Worst purchasing experience of my life. Ordered an item Jan 9th - paid over $2K Canadian. I was told it was in stock in Dallas, would be shipped to me. Still no tracking # nor info on progress of my shipment as of early May. On May 7th I was sent a screenshot of the journey - from China and via US -it had been on the move since early April. Was told I'd be notified when it got to Toronto after being sent via train from Montreal. I'd get UPS tracking # and delivery details. May 13th - a falling apart cardboard box was dumped on my porch via UPS. I was home so I called the UPS driver (who was high-tailing it into his truck) - and refused the shipment. The piece of furniture I ordered (a credenza) had been packed in light cardboard with 1/2" styrofoam panels - to travel around the world. The corners were missing, the box was falling apart - who knows if the hardware was still within the partial packaging. There was no signature required, and had the UPS driver had left it, I don't know what I could have done. Many emails and calls to Sohnne followed - all with excuses, stalls, promises. Since May 13th I've had promises of a refund, was told a refund was made on May27th, then on the June 17 another "I'll come back to you tomorrow, June 19th with either the confirmed transaction reference or concrete date for when it will hit your account". I have over 45 emails about this, and have had many conversations with Sohnne staff. ALL LIES. Today I made a dispute complaint to VISA, and they are processing a refund. DO NOT BE DUPED BY THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. ****Update - Sohnne has replied to this review, saying that they have contacted me directly - ANOTHER LIE - I have not been contacted since I posted this review

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly deserved. I recently received my sofa from Sohnne, and beyond how beautiful the piece itself is, I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service I experienced throughout the process. Adam and Ethan were always responsive, professional and attentive, making communication easy from the beginning. But I especially want to thank Steve. Without Steve, I honestly don’t think I would have received my sofa. The delivery situation became quite complicated at one point, and Steve went far beyond what most people would have done. He stayed involved the entire time, kept searching for solutions, followed every detail personally and never once made me feel abandoned during the process. His patience, dedication, professionalism and genuine kindness made all the difference. So yes, I absolutely love my sofa — but what I will remember most from this experience is the quality of the human support behind it. Thank you again, Steve.
