I am retired. My income is from Social Security, no pension. I use Windows X P. I have upgraded five time my Microsoft Widows XP without any problems. Late last year I inadvertantly deleted my "Office" software.. I searched for a replacementand found Software CW. Iboughtand downloaded the 2013 edition of "Office". When I trid to install it in my computer I was notified that the 2013 version is not compatible with Windows XP. Accordingly, I asked the distributor for my money back. They have refused1 My complaint is that there should be a disclaimer associated with the purchase, not after the fact. SoftwareCW shouldewilling to refund my money since they have lost knothing.

Purchased Office 2010 Suite license for two computers. Software CW had the best price I could find on the web, and they delivered a quality product as promised.

SoftwareCW had the best price I was able to find while searching online. I ordered the Microsoft Office Pro 2010 - 2PC Download, within 30 minutes I received an email containing the Microsoft product key . Downloaded the software, entered the product key and everything worked perfectly all in less than an hour. I will order again from SoftwareCW when I need additional software.

The support that I received when I had difficulty in installing was excellant!. The response was timely, courteous and helpful.
