Overall, this was a good experience. There was one glich... the auto filled authorization code contained a system number at the end, and it would not take the auth code until I deleted that part. It took me several tries, but I finally was able to get it to take the auth code. The rest of the install was seamless and the software is excellent

We purchased the latest version of PrintMaster (for greeting cards, banners, etc.) for Windows 11. Initially we had trouble installing it but after a couple of back-and-forth emails to troubleshoot the issue, we were able to activate & install the program. Responses took some time but I'm sure it was just the number of emails in the queue.

Just like many other people wrote here, I never subscribed to their service. Only thing I bought from the site is the MS office. SoftwareCW added its membership for the first month free. So, the purchasing order has 2 items but just the price of software I purchased. If your do not pay attention and cancel the membership in time, then next month you started to get charged. I haven't visited its site or used any of its services, or there are any emails from them. They just keep on charging me. No, I have been charged for 4 months, and they refuse to refund me. Update - after emailing with the customer support to explain the situation, they refunded me 4 months of membership fees, with a supportive attitude. To me this is very helpful and appreciated. I have updated the review to 4 stars. Hope this is helpful to anyone who is reading this.

I like the product I purchased. I had a few issues downloading it but the Printdhop is great.

Simple download and instructions to get this software up and running. My only disappointment is the lack of an option to add a cellphone without buying a new download for that. Otherwise great, just as advertised and finally do not have to use Adobe.
