Purchase Punch! Software from the scam Company (not realizing it was a vendor). The software they linked to me would download but not install - corrupted file. I asked for a refund, but they are refusing since I was provided a key. Horrible company! Don’t purchase from this scam company!

On Saturday, July 11, I ordered a $680 voice recognition program online. I inputted all the information that was requested, Including all credit card information. The credit card charge was accepted, but almost immediately I received an email from SoftwareCW telling me that my order had been canceled by SoftwareCW "due to our internal systems detecting this order being a high risk of fraud due to various reasons." I send an email to customer support asking for assistance, but "customer support" -- an AI bot -- responded only with a nonresponsive answer about checking with my bank. Your AI bot obviously had no clue what was happening. You might want to actually employ a human being to deal with this kind of problem, since your AI bot is useless.

No way to get in touch with anyone. Always leave a message in the box. When I purchased Microsoft 360, it prompted me for my email to send a code. I never got a code. It teied this 3 times and never recieved a code. The code was needed to download the product. I saw they sent me an email though and gave me like a receipt that I paid and a button for product code. Since I never recieved the other codes. Ifigured this was where they had it. So I opened it up. It was just the product code. No the code for download. I have been trying to reach someone and its been a challenge. When you go online for a return. Ypu ha e 2 choices one is store credit and the ither is a refund to the card you used. No way to speak to someone about what happened. I sent a response and told them the issue. But I could ony click the store credit button. Like I would want to purchase anything through them again after this. Sonetimes you need a human to explain the issue. Also, I never recieved the product as I never got the code to dowload it. Its a very poor policy!

scamming website selling invalid software keys and using the excuse of “your device wasn’t compatible” i had to purchase the same software somewhere else and it was in fact compatible. they then refuse to refund me for “opening” the key. a key that i couldn’t use because it came up invalid. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used Dragon products in the past. The price at CW software was attractive. Unfortunately the exe file would not install. I never opened the Registration key, and I requested a refund - which met their return policy requirements. They emailed me to indicate that they had refunded the purchase price to my credit card but stated that it could take the bank 5 to 10 days to prcess the refund. After 21 days the refund did notshow up on my credit card statement. I sent CW an email stating that they had until the end of the day to resolve this, and that if they failed to do so I would open a dispute with the bank. They did not reply until over 24 hours later - at whch point I had already opened a dispute with Chase Bank - who immediately issued me a refund. CW sent me an email stating that they coudl nto close the support case because the refund was still "in process" - and suggested that I should revoke and cancel the dispute with Chase! I don't think so. Today - five days later - they sent me an email stating that they have issued a refund. I don't know if they are untrustworthy or just have a messy back end system and I don't care. I will not do business with them again.

I thought I was getting a year of Microsoft 365. I was charged by Softwarecw.com for it...but have no information on how to download it but received a order received and subscription started notice. What now?4

They sell Apps that won't download on your laptop then they say it's your fault.

I was without my knowledge enrolled in a monthly membership and charged monthly. THESE GUYS SHOULD NOT BE ENROLLING PEOPLE INTO FREE MEMBERSHIP AND CHARGING FROM THERE FORWARD
