My software purchase was a great value, came quickly and was exactly what I needed

Any chance I could ACTUALLY get what I paid for? Please advise.

My laptop was in for repairs with HP. There was a possibility that the techs might have to replace the hard drive. I didn't have the disk for Quicken so I felt it was prudent to buy it. HP did not erase my programs so I have merely looked inside your packaging. I feel this was a good decision in case I might need to reload Quicken in some future time. The price was right too.

I have a separate shipping and billing address on Paypal, they shipped to my billing address. When I called customer service, they claimed it was correct. Double checked with Paypal, not to mention received about a dozen other Paypal items prior few weeks and nothing was changed. Customer service pretty told me I was on my own to get the item to me. Game was cheap, but now I'm out the game and my money. No good :(

Within 2 days of my order, the software arrived.

Smooth purchase on the web site. Timely emails once purchase had been processed and when dispatched for delivery. Item delivered as expected.

Since this was my very first purchase I do not have a lot to say. Just glad that it turned out to be easy, accurate and problem free! Whether or not I will ever make another purchase with SoftwareCW depends on their having products in which I am interested in buying.

After i place the order, it took 3 to 4 weeks to my order.
