I had a difficult, time-consuming ordeal downloading and installing Power PDF (which I had purchased for an excellent price). I was very pleased with the response of the company, however, after I requested assistance. Fortunately, I was finally able to complete the process prior to my receiving an email that would have "saved the day" had I not already succeeded. That was very good customer service!

Overall, this was a good experience. There was one glich... the auto filled authorization code contained a system number at the end, and it would not take the auth code until I deleted that part. It took me several tries, but I finally was able to get it to take the auth code. The rest of the install was seamless and the software is excellent

Purchase Punch! Software from the scam Company (not realizing it was a vendor). The software they linked to me would download but not install - corrupted file. I asked for a refund, but they are refusing since I was provided a key. Horrible company! Don’t purchase from this scam company!

On Saturday, July 11, I ordered a $680 voice recognition program online. I inputted all the information that was requested, Including all credit card information. The credit card charge was accepted, but almost immediately I received an email from SoftwareCW telling me that my order had been canceled by SoftwareCW "due to our internal systems detecting this order being a high risk of fraud due to various reasons." I send an email to customer support asking for assistance, but "customer support" -- an AI bot -- responded only with a nonresponsive answer about checking with my bank. Your AI bot obviously had no clue what was happening. You might want to actually employ a human being to deal with this kind of problem, since your AI bot is useless.

I ordered a software from SoftwareCW and was unaware I'd ordered a subscription too. I emailed them and I received a next day email stating they would cancel and refund the charges! Excellent customer service and refund policy!

First of all these guys are the best. I am 74 years old so I am not the swiftest of computers even though I do have some experiance on them. My old computer took a dump on me so I got a newer one but the Operating system was upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 11. Wow all sorts of changes and Corel Paint Shop Pro x6 wouldnt work anymore so I figured 95 would work so I got it from CW. Nope it wouldnt work so I knew that I was just out of luck and would have to just buy a new version that would work with my OS. Nope again, CW came to my rescue and gave me a credit for the Corel product that didnt work on my new system and now I can get the new Corel app. Thank you CW software. You went beyond what I expected. I will be using you for all my future software needs.
