SoftwareCWReviews of softwarecw.com

The software was delivered as advertised and performed well. When I had some billing problem, their support staff was outstanding and prompt in handling the situation.

I ordered a software from SoftwareCW and was unaware I'd ordered a subscription too. I emailed them and I received a next day email stating they would cancel and refund the charges! Excellent customer service and refund policy!

First of all these guys are the best. I am 74 years old so I am not the swiftest of computers even though I do have some experiance on them. My old computer took a dump on me so I got a newer one but the Operating system was upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 11. Wow all sorts of changes and Corel Paint Shop Pro x6 wouldnt work anymore so I figured 95 would work so I got it from CW. Nope it wouldnt work so I knew that I was just out of luck and would have to just buy a new version that would work with my OS. Nope again, CW came to my rescue and gave me a credit for the Corel product that didnt work on my new system and now I can get the new Corel app. Thank you CW software. You went beyond what I expected. I will be using you for all my future software needs.

Prompt and courteous. Willing to assist and make things right.

The tools make it easy for an artist to duplicate real tools such as Paint brush, airbrush & pen & pencil...blending tools are excellent.

They answered me same day on a Sunday, and immediately resolved my issue beyond what I had asked. I was both shocked and impressed.

Excellent product and the customer service was wonderfully helpful.

I has a download glitch at the Beginning, But CW Software reached out to Me and I was able to get the download successfully, Thank You for Your Kind Customer Service!
