sofabed.comReviews of sofabed.com

We ordered our new Nico King Sofa Sleeper from sofabed.com. Ordering was simple and fast. The customer service rep (James) was pleasant, polite, patient and helpful. We got the Total Care VIP Protection Plan, when we placed our order, which we are really happy with; haven't had anything happen yet, but nice to know the furniture is protected if any damage does occur. The delivery was great. The delivery crew was very efficient and fast. The sofa is wonderful. Thank you to everyone at sofabed.com and the delivery carrier, Metropolitan!

Amazing! We looked and looked for the perfect sofa bed and decided on the Hampton sofa bed. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the deliver process.

From ordering to delivery, the experience ranks among the top e commerce purchases. Company personnel answered all my questions, they provided honest expectations including delivery timetable, they delivered when promised providing professional service. The sleeper sofa was not inexpensive, but quality and appearance match the value. We appreciate the unique opening mechanism and the two mattress format. I was unfamiliar with this company but quite glad it turned up in my extensive searching.

Easy to order online, got immediate assistance when I had a question and the sofa arrived on time and was delivered perfectly. And I love the sofa itself. I would definitely buy from this company again, they are total professionals.

I ordered the Luonto West (Manual) in leather. The sofa arrived a day early and the delivery service was excellent. Would highly recommend the Sofabed store.

Sofabed.com provided the best price I could find. Ordering confirmation and cummunication was great. Delivery was faster than expected and delivery company was very good.

Owner very responsive. Sofa came quickly and was spot on!

Sofabed is an extremely reliable company! They do what they say they are going to do. James was very helpful in explaining the various styles. After three phone calls to him I decided on the Casey queen. The material is fabulous, the quality is unsurpassed. Thank you Sofabed!
