The service for placing my order was great! I called them to change my payment information after placing my order and to check on the status of the order and they were very helpful every time. The product was as expected. I love this sofabed and would definitely recommend. The delivery process was seamless. They called me a few days before to arrange delivery and arrived on time and built the couch with the white glove delivery. Overall a 10/10 experience when ordering from sofabed.com

The couch is absolutely gorgeous. The color is perfect and the structure and quality of the sofa bed is superior. It folds out very nicely and is somewhat comfortable if you like a harder bed. I will be adding a topper to the bed when it is being used. The service team that delivered the bed was also outstanding.

I bought a Queen sleeper loveseat (Hampton) for my ADU/office in my backyard and loved it so much, I got another one for the spare bedroom in my house. And sofabed.com was awesome. I expected delivery in 5 weeks but got both within 3 weeks. Really pleased with the whole experience.
