They took the time to answer our questions and even texted us photos of the sofa bed in their showroom, which was so helpful. Ordered my sofa to my mountain cabin online. I had a couple questions and customer service was easy to reach and spoke w a live person. Sofa is beautiful and priced well. I ordered the sofa for my rental cabin so have not slept on it but it is easy to open and close. I would order from sofabed again the next time I need a sofa bed.
