BUYER BEWARE! This is a scam company based out of China. This is not an American company. Your item will ship from China, resulting in long shipping delays and poor customer service/language barriers. And to return your item you will need to ship it back a Jiangshan Zheng in SHANGDONG, CHINA, at your expense. And who knows whether you’ll get your refund or what recourse you’ll have because this is not an American company. Does that sound like a reasonable or transparent shipping and return process to you?! It’s a total scam.

I ordered snowbibs on 12/3 for a trip I am taking out West on 2/13. I never got my package!!! I have emailed them twice and customer support doesn't even have the respect to respond. Worst company I have EVER, EVER purchased from and will never drop a dime there again. Snowverb you suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just bought the baggy snow pants they are so comfortable and warm the quality is very high super waterproof very nice overall

Beware: This company resells cheap Temu quality snow gear from China and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their entire business model is to have a flashy online presence, but the actual company is extremely fly by night. Most of the positive reviews on here and online appear to be posted by Snowverb posing as legitimate customers. They also are actively trying to get negative reviews removed. They keep requesting “more information” on this review in an attempt to get it taken down, despite the fact they know exactly which order this is about because I exchanged more than two dozen emails with them trying to track down my shipment and then trying to get a refund, which they basically refused to provide. Original review: Please check the customer service reviews on Reddit before ordering from Snowverb. There are lots of negative posts. I am personally two weeks into waiting for a $200 order and customer service only notified me it had allegedly shipped once I asked if I could cancel the order. Per Snowverb policy, you cannot cancel your order once you’ve submitted it [no matter how long it’s stuck in limbo…] Lots of red flags. I’ll likely be out $40 for shipping and return shipping once it’s all said and done. No reputable company has this much trouble with supply chain. It appears the products, which are quite expensive, are coming direct from China, which leads to a Temu-like experience. You don’t know what you’re going to get or when it’s showing up. Numerous customers report issues with shipping, returns, customer service response, and quality and sizing of items. That’s completely unacceptable for a company selling children’s snowsuits at a $200 price point. I’m also highly suspicious of the good reviews on here. Read them and see if the tone and language isn’t remarkably similar across reviews? Plus the positive reviews seem to be much more superficial, ie. planted/bot posts, vs the numerous and credible reports of negative customer service experiences. There are approx ~35% one star reviews, which is highly indicative of a disreputable business. Buyer beware! Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with Snowverb.

When i ordered my baggy snowboard pants, i anxiously waited to test fit them out, before my trip. Sure enough, they fit perfectly! It completed my snowboard esthetic shredding down these Mountains. The material feels top notch, and the look with the boots on is flexing STYLE everywhere.

I ordered off their size chart and it is incorrect. Pants are way too small. I initiated a return within the return window heard back asking for info to which I replied then nothing. I have emailed them twice since and still nothing. I even tried on Facebook. VERY poor customer service. They don’t follow through on what they say. Scam company!!

Wore my brand new bib twice and already the zipper has broken, the stitching around the zipper is beginning to tear and the stitching holding the suspenders is torn. Contacted customer service about the concerns and was offered $80 off towards a new bib from them but why would I spend money on something low quality? That I could not return the item since it is not new with tags still attached.
