I am the Board Chair for a small nonprofit organization. Our operations are virtual, and we require a mailing address for the occasional donation that comes via paper check. SnapMailbox, with the ability to open, scan, and deposit checks for us meets that need perfectly. I have contacted customer service with questions a couple of times, and each time I've been impressed with the quick and useful, real live person response. That's a rarity these days, so I really appreciate it.

I have not received any mail, including checks and IRS correspondence, in over a month. I confirmed with the different vendors, who all confirmed that my mail has been sent. I have reached out twice, and both times, I was emailed back fluff about USPS delays and stating that if the mail wasn't sent with a tracking number, there is no way for them to figure out what happened to the mail. Been using this company for a couple of years, and they have been inconsistent the entire time. I'm finally done and will be switching my service provider.
