Bought this service to forward my mail. Was part of swyft filing. So far lile most terrible. No mail. Its been 5 months. Missing checks a d state federal papers. Their support is useless they should be shutdown.

I have been paying for SnapMailbox for a year, and they haven't even sent me one piece of mail -- just images of envelopes saying I have mail waiting. I have a bill from the CA franchise tax authority; it's very important I get it right away. I've filled in the authorization form, had it notarized, and delivered it to Snapmail, but their website still says they haven't received it. There is no phone number to call on their website; it seems there's no way to reach a live human being. I've emailed them repeatedly, but half the time their email portal doesn't work at all and the rest of the time I get no answer. In short, I've wasted a ton of money with them and I may be in trouble with the tax authorities for not paying my bill on time. Do NOT use these guys -- total scam!!!!

My experience with this company has been dismal. Months and still no mail! Poor to zero response to requests for assistance. Have not been able to login to my account and have yet to receive a reason why or an account reset. There's no phone number to contact a live person, I've requested that someone call me, nothing. They have been charging me, though. Stay away from SnapMailbox Update - SnapMailbox responded in 2021 to this post written in 2018.. there’s a perfect example of the kind of service you can expect.

Got my CMRA form notarized and tried several days uploading it, however the upload would not work tried pdf, word, jpeg different sizes nothing worked and no instruction on upload requirements, tried calling for help NO Phone Number, their contact box on the site did not work always showing HTTP/2.0 404. -1/10 Emailed them the form. SMB replied It will be uploaded. -1/29 Still couldn't forward my mail so I emailed them again to please fix the issue or update the problem on their website and they replied you need to "Upload CMRA." I replied I already did forwarded the 1st email... No reply. -2/1 Emailed them again regarding same problem. No reply -2/5 Emailed them again regarding same problem. They replied back two days later saying "We will get this uploaded to your account." STILL COULD NOT GET INTO THE ACCOUNT TO FOWARD THE MAIL. Had to call Swyft Filings 2/9 and the rep told me other clients are having issues with them as well and apologizes for Swyft Filings that the company they signed up with was new and they didn't have a lot of info on them. However even Swyft Filings couldn't call them they just email Snap Mailbox. I never received an update, so I'm assuming Snap Mailbox never replied to them either, instead Swyft Filings just sent me a refund for the two months. I was still charged the following month... Had to call Swyft Filings again for a refund from Snap Mail Box. Snap Mailbox had everything they needed, my CMRA form and the $29 per month. SnapMailbox held 9 pieces of mail all business related Tax Board. EFTPS, EDD, etc. all important! Some time sensitive!
