We wanted to be able to access all of our mail online from anywhere in the world while using a real, private and secure street address and figured others did too.

The good: - Pricing is fair, first month is free. - Customer support via chat is responsive, although their response wasn’t very helpful - Many locations to choose from - Requesting a shipment of packages was quick and easy, typically mailed after the day a shipment is requested The bad: - Takes forever for them to upload your mail/packages. 2 weeks just for a package scan to show is ridiculous. - Unable to cancel trial without emailing or messaging support - Online notary service from 3rd party is expensive, and that’s the only one they accept - Mail/package scans and shipments only occur Mon-Fri from 9-5pm
