A package was delivered to my Snapmailbox on November 30th and now it's January 6th and they still haven't "found it" (aka, they stole it and are stringing me along to get my continued subscription fee). The customer service is quick but does absolutely NOTHING to solve anything. Also, the mail isn't actually processed at the Snapmailbox address, they send it somewhere else, taking more time, and increasing the possibility that it will be lost/stolen.

Hello Vue Frigg, I completely understand where you are coming from, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I know this is not the service you're expecting, and I'll be helping you in every possible way to get to the bottom of this. How our process work is that everything works like streamline, nothing will be held at your mailing address. Once a package gets delivered, it will be forwarded to our processing facility for us to upload the items into the customers' accounts, and that's why it usually takes 3-5 business days. Since this is related to a stolen phone, you can file a police report and report the stolen phone to Apple or your phone service carrier so that no one can use the phone. Once you're done filing a police report, let us know, and we will be happy to help with their investigation. Thank you!
