I Have Never Seen a Business Genuinely Concerned About Their Customers As Snapmailbox!!!
Allie and the whole snapmailbox crew has been nothing short of superb! The whole reason I have snapmail is because I was unexpectedly forced out of my home after 5 years there with 2 young children with no idea where to begin laying new roots. My VA disability check is my only source of income and a huge condition to keep that income is to always maintain an open line of correspondence with the VA or I could lose EVERYTHING. With snapmailbox I never worry. You guys always speak to me with respect and you kindly educate me any time I have questions about the whole virtual mailbox process instead of making me feel dumb. That's rare to find anywhere these days. Thank you so much for helping me smooth over one of the most difficult transitions of mine and my kids lives!!!! #Jesus.loves.you #He.Is.Coming.Back.Soon

My packages have been missing since…
My packages have been missing since February. I was told 1-2 month delay because of a problem with Fort Lauderdale post office but it is now June. Every time I call it's the same run around no one has a clue or a solution to the problem. And the guy Earl who responds to these reviews has never called me back once even though I call for a update weekly

To be transparent, we are pressing the mailing address in Ft. Lauderdale to start forwarding the items to rectify the issue; unfortunately, that inbox location is not responsive. Regarding the items you're expecting, they have most likely been returned to the sender. If we do get those shipments from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, we will still upload the items into your account and alert you as quickly as possible.
